Between 16 and 19 September, I had the pleasure of attending the 10th Congress of Apidology (organized by the Estonian University of Life Sciences) in Tallinn, Estonia. It was a special gift for me to be able to present a poster, entitled ‘Buzzing under pressure: Investigating the effects of anthropogenic disturbance on the intraspecific behaviour of Bombus terrestris with computer vision-based application’, on my birthday.

The scientific programme was amazing; the hosts and scientific committees did a great job in every respect – congratulations to them!

Thanks to the Organisers, we had a great time and even had the opportunity to visit the Jägala waterfall and the Viru bog (Lahemaa National Park).
EurBee10

In a nutshell, participating in EurBee10 was an unforgettable experience. I am grateful for the stimulating discussions and to everyone who helped make these few days so special.
